  2. Prepare 5 ml of salt.

  4. Provide 3 of onions, chopped.
  5. Take 3 of garlic cloves, chopped.
  6. Use 45 ml of oil.
  7. Take 15 ml of vinegar.
  8. Use 125 ml of apricot jam.
  9. Provide 125 ml of chutney.
  10. Take 30 ml of curry.
  11. Provide 15 ml of turmeric.
  12. Prepare 5 ml of ground ginger.
  13. Prepare 1 of apple, grated.
  14. Provide 60 ml of raisins.
  15. Prepare 2 slices of bread soaked in 125 ml milk, squeeze out milk.

  17. Provide 250 ml of milk.

  1. Heat oven to 180 Celcius. Fry the onions in oil untill soft and translucent, add garlic and fry for another minute. Add vinegar, salt and meat, stirfry until mixture is light brown and dry. Turn of heat and mix in rest of the ingredients except topping..
