The ingredients needed to cook Sriracha Mayo and Panko Crusted Salmon:

  1. Provide 4 of salmon fillets, boneless, skinless or (Half salmon).
  2. Provide 1/3 cup of mayo.
  3. Get 2 tbs of sriracha (or more if you want is spicier).
  4. Get of Panko breadcrumbs (or GF breadcrumbs).

Steps to make Sriracha Mayo and Panko Crusted Salmon:

  1. Wash and pat salmon dry.
  2. Mix together mayo and sriracha in a bowl.
  3. Cover all sides of the salmon with the mayo mixture then dip the salmon into panko breadcrumbs (I used GF breadcrumbs pictured here).
  4. Lightly spray the top of the salmon wjth non-stick cooking spray..
